Roles & Responsibilities:
· Work with the team to implement event & other promotion plan on site, focusing on south region & GSS related programs, including CAOTMs, road shows, trade shows, seminars, conference, decorate office w/ posters, track on publication consumption, advertisement feedback, product launch, etc. The role is a single contact/interface between sales team & commercial marketing team, sit in the region to support all marketing programs in terms of logistic and coordination accordingly.
· Make the arrangement on logistic for the events and coordinate all parties well based on good understanding of the goals of the events. Try to maximize the influence of events to the markets.
· Assist to setup tracking system to evaluate the result of the events in terms of sales leads, the impact on image and sales performance, feedback on the entire booth stand etc. ; Document all of the tracking process, vendor selection process and evaluation result.
· Assist on preparing the events from design, implement, to report and analysis process. Send out the announcement to all related for attending the event, what's the responsibility, what're the major activities on the event. Share the findings and result analysis with the related so that sales teams can follow up with the sales leads generated from the events. Improve for the future events. (focusing on south area of China & GSS related programs)
· Help to collect information about all types of shows and events related in the region. Assist to improve the evaluation system to select most effective events and well control cost for attending outside trade shows; Document all this information in reports.
· Team work with team members to get marketing programs implemented well. Supply support to the team when others need help.
Education & Experience Requirements :
· Bachelor's degree requested, marketing related degree preferred.
· Minimum 3 years marketing experience (preferably in South of China)
· Ability to liaise with and influence sales and provide proactive support
· Be capable of reading, writing, and speaking English. Mandarin is the must
· Creative and innovative thinker
· Strong communication and analytical skills.
· Must have a solid approach to problem solving
· Ability to work within a team environment to achieve objectives
