Job Description:

1.Owning the General Ledger accounts, including accruals, prepaid, other receivable/payables, for voucher preparation and monthly reconciliations.

2.Responsible for the Interco accounting, including debit/credit note and Interco reconciliation.

3.Responsible for the Fixed Asset accounting, including monthly entries, fixed asset ledger reconciliation and physical management/counting.

4.Responsible for the inventory accounting, including standard cost/updates, stock/SMI reports, variance checking etc.

5.Responsible for the counter stock management from finance perspective, including stock counting, variance follow up etc.

6.Lead the month end closing process. Be responsible to prepare the TB and financial reports for both local and group report.

7.Ensure company's policies and procedures are effectively implemented in daily works.

8.Support accounting manager for the annual audit.

9.Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

1.University degree majoring in finance or accounting;

2.At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, with exposures in G/L works;

3.Qualified CPA, CMA or other equivalent professional qualifications, good understanding of Chinese and US GAAP;

4.Good in spoken and written English
