Core Responsibilities:

  

1. Manage all facility and equipment in plant, ensure work in good conditions.

2. Coach and manage the subordinate employees.

3. Establishing the preventive maintenance for machines and equipment.

4. Plan and implement preventive maintenance of production related facilities and other communal facilities of plant in time.

5. Roll out and implement TPM in entire plant. 

6. Cooperation within the planning and implementation of investments.

7. Define the dangerous headstream and factors of production department.

8. Responsible for the implementation of ISO14001&OHSAS18001 in production department.

9. Working as plant CIP coordinator, work with cross functions to hit CIP target.

10. Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the SHE job function in the belonging team.

11. Support other plants of BENTELER as job requirements.

12. Other duties and assignments given by production manager.

13.   Responsible for daily energy management of the plant.

  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  

1. Bachelor degree or above in fabrics or related major.

2. Certificate of operation in high and low voltage situation.

3. Three years work experience on automotive industry at least.

4. Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance.
