Reporting and Analysis:

 

- Reporting and analysis for finance statements.

- Forecast MIK preparation.

- MIK diviation analysis for both actual and forecast.

- RRR (Regional Result Reivew) material preparation.

- Monthly Forecast preparation.

- Yearly Budget preparation and input in SAP and MIK.

- Checking all Payment Voucher;

- Month end reconciliation between finance system and inventory system;

- G/L Voucher entry apply

- Monthly reconciliation of P&L and BS;

- Internal report such as EIS, PG, Gap adjustment and other related issue;

- Tax audit handling.

- Maintenance the fixed assets system;

- Prepare the fixed assets 、depreciation report;

- Prepare capital expenditure report;

- Prepare investment report to Benteler group;

 

Others:

 - Contact with KPMG;

- Tax declaration

- Finance and tax Audit support.

- Coordinator of FI/CO for plant system (SHE)

- Support  other plants of Benteler as the job requirement.

- Other duties and assignments given by the Finance&IT controller.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 1. Professional accounting skill

 2. OHSAS18001/ISO14001/ISO16949

 3. Good oral English and writing and reading English skills

 4.Good Office skill

 5.SAP experience
