岗位职责

1、Project document preparation（80%）

- Cooperate with TS and EOM for project document preparation.

- Making the final document and get it approved from customer.

- Print document according to customer requirement.

2、Prequalification（5%）

- Complete preparation and execution of prequalification.

- Summarizing and preparation of the required documents.

- Maintaining the database for prequalification.

- Submission and follow up for prequalification.

- Coordination of prequalification together with the SMD.

3、Other support tasks（15%）

- Support on customer database/CRM management.

- Support on SAP offer/order input.

- Support on offer/order management.

- Support on other admin task of the team.

任职资格

1、Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering or related

2、English：Basic
