Job Responsibilities

1. Develop a schedule to control the progress of the project and ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

2. Hold kick-meeting, track drawings, samples, production manuals, molds, and testing include DV, PV.

3. Ensure that the team completes the customer's sample requirements during the project phase on time and facilitates reconciliation, billing, payment, etc.

4. Lead the team to complete the submission of OTS and PPAP documents and obtain approval.

5. Responsible for engineering changes or LTA’s quotation, contract, order and other business work.

6. Keep good relationship between the OEM, Tier 1 supplier, German HQs and the local team, and coordinate the project phase across departments.

7. Participate in the supplier conference on behalf of the company and organize the audit of the factory at each stage of the customer.

8. Assist the finance department to complete the collection.

Qualifications and skill

1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in mechanical, automotive or engineering related.

2. Worked in the automotive industry, OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.

3. Have project management experience, familiar with the knowledge of R&D, testing, quality and production of auto parts.

4. Familiar with the project management process and the five tools required by the automotive industry TS16949 system.

5. Have a PMP certificate, an internal auditor qualification certificate or a 6sigma green belt certificate.

6. Be good at communication and cooperation, can work under pressure and travel.

7. Good English level, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Working location: Shanghai

Working conditions: Shanghai office, frequent business trips
