• Communicate face-to-face with customers via office visit, using sales tools provided by company, collect potential customer information, prospect for new target customer and business, make quotation, close sales and order processing (customer list provided by company); 通过拜访客户办公室进行面对面拜访，使用公司提供的销售工具，收集潜在客户的信息，寻找和挖掘符合条件的意向客户，并进行产品报价、销售以及订单跟踪
• Communicate face-to-face with users via jobsite visit, understand users‘requirements via effective communication and demonstration, integrate all information and give feedback to Manager in time; 通过拜访工地与用户进行良好地沟通与产品演示，理解、洞察目标客户的潜在需求，并及时整合并反馈至部门经理
• Master the sales process and maintain frequent communication with CSR; 熟练掌握销售流程并与销售支持部门保持频繁沟通
• Pay return visit to target and interested customers to maintain good relationship and look for new opportunities in cooperation; 对符合条件、有意向的客户做好定期回访，维护良好的客户关系，寻求新的合作机会
• Record customer data properly, complete daily report, maintain customer information and documents filing; 分门别类的做好信息记录，每日完善日报表，做好客户信息维护和档案管理工作
• Make weekly visit plan and conduct well; 据情况制定每周的拜访额并能良好地完成
• Make seasonal objectives, key results and conduct well; 据情况制定每季度的目标及关键成果，且执行良好

• College degree or above大专学历及以上
• Engineering background is preferred, Civil/building related engineering background is a plus 工程学相关专业优先，土木或建筑工程专业优先
• More than 1 year work experience of industrial or construction products 一年以上工业品或建筑材料相关工作经验 
• Humble and self-motivated 为人谦虚且具备自我驱动力
• Good command of English in oral and written will be a plus; 有良好的英语口语及读写能力者优先
