负责生物识别相关算法研究

负责智能交通相关算法研究

负责OCR识别相关算法研究

职位要求：

1.具备深度学习,计算机视觉，机器学习,模式识别等研发经验；

2.精通Caffe，MxNet，Torch, Tensorflow深度学习框架之一；

3.具备较好的编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++, Matlab或Python；

4.机器视觉，模式识别或相关领域，对算法开发有浓厚的兴趣，硕士及以上学历；

5.具备较好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识。

我们的算法涉及的领域包括指纹识别，人脸识别，虹膜识别，语音识别等。

1、指纹识别核心算法已具有二十年历史，它不仅具有自主知识产权，而且在国际上处于领先地位。在NIST（TheNational Institute of Standards and Technology）MINEXIII竞赛上获得Top 1优异成绩。

2、虹膜和人脸识别核心算法也已被广泛用于政府部门、执法机构和边检部门，分别在NIST举办的虹膜IREX IV竞赛，人脸FIVE竞赛上取得Top2，Top3的好成绩。

3、语音识别在NIST SRE2012上获得Top 3的优异成绩。ü 算法部门还涉及车牌识别、文本识别领域的研发。

As Algorithm Research Engineer responsible for algorithm research in biometrics recognition area.

A week in the life of Algorithm Engineer:

· Do general object detection & tracking & recognition algorithm based on deep learning.

· Do biometric recognition algorithm research, such as people attributes analysis, people ReID, face recognition, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition based on deep learning.

· Do video analysis algorithm research, such as people count analysis, abnormal behavior analysis algorithm based on deep learning.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· To succeed at this job, you must:

- Be expert at Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition research.

- Have algorithm research experience, such as, face recognition, people ReID, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition, general object detection & tracking & recognition, video analysis.

- Be acquainted with one of deep learning framework such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Caffe.

· You must be fluent in English.

· We would like someone to join our team who is rigorous, proactive, and analytical, motivated, a problem solver and a team player, able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, a quick-learner.

· You must have a MS or PHD degree in computer science, computer vision, pattern recognition or related field, and have strong interest in developing algorithm.

· We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in deep learning and algorithm development.
