任职要求：
1.Working experience:
Engineer working (design and process) experience in Induction Motor
-Knowing induction motor design & process (electrical and mechanical)
-Knowing the structure of induction motor
-Knowing the standard of motor and pump
-At least 9 years Motor electrical design & process experiences.
2.Skills :
Language : Good English (written, spoken)
Computer : 2d program(AutoCAD), 3d program(Ideas or U.G),
Microsoft Office, Quality analysis (Minitap).
Education : Electrical engineering , Motor
3.Personal merit:
Creative, Innovative and Open Mind
Having a global approach，
Ability for teamwork, communication and Managing，
Cooperative spirit，Able to work efficiently
主要工作职责及内容：
1.Develop new business plan, MTP and Managing team
-Make Develop plan based on business plan (investment, Schedule,Design Motor by 2d and 3d program(I-deas or U.G only)
2.Discuss with internal customers of wilo group( E&M, Wilo China, European PBUs, Wilo Pumps Korea) for technical point and process.
3.Support to other departments for technical problem(Quality, process, Motor Test …)Mechanical problem，Electrical problem.
