Responsibilities:

1. 了解多种项目开发模式，能够快速带领团队了解业务需求，善于梳理和总结，能够管控项目整体进度并协调研发资源，具备很强的汇报及整理能力。

Requirements:

2. 985或211院校计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上开发工作经验;

3. 熟悉Java领域常用的开源框架，如Spring、Ibatis、Hibernate等;

4. 熟悉常用中间件系统，如Kafka、Redis、ZooKeeper、Dubbo等;

5. 熟悉多线程编程、WebService接口技术;

6. 熟悉Oracle、Mysql等数据库，并有设计及优化经验;

7. 熟悉linux/UNIX等操作系统，了解Shell;

8. 熟悉前端开发语言及常用框架，并有实际开发经验;

9. 熟练掌握Web前端技术CSS/HTML/Javascript，有html5/css3开发经验；

10. 熟悉使用Web前端框架(React Angular Vue)；

11. 有大容量、高性能、高可用、分布式、架构设计经验;

12. 具备产品思维和运营思维，具备前期需求调研、数据论证及产品项目推广能力;
