ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Function as the project leader to provide overall management of the project, interfaces with clients and project teams for the project scope responsibly.

l Coordinates and supports Business Development (BD) to the proposals.

l Develop/facilitate project execution plan/organizations for the project.

l Develop/work with project controller and BD for setting up the project budget.

l Develop/facilitate Project key milestones/master schedule.

l Review and check design requirements including technical scope and requirement for further technical and economical evaluations to be done by technical service contractor. Provide supervision and administration to the project team.

l Establish and maintain a good working relationship with different departments (e.g. Engineering, Projects and procurement, Finance, and Local Authorities).

l Establish Project Monthly Report Presentation with project controller, BD, HSEQ and report to the company management.

l Taking initiative of improving project management tools and processes.

l Taking other works assigned by responsible Business Unit Manager and the company Management

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

l Degree (preferably) in mechanical engineering, process engineering or other engineering with at least 6 years multi projects working experience on project management.

l At least 6 years relevant experience and minimum 3 years at management level. MNC or JV experience is strongly preferred.

l Sound knowledge of chemical, petrochemical or similar field.

l (Preferably) with qualification in project management.

l Exposure and experience in implementing and supporting business development.

l Must be capable of working in a team environment with excellent proactive communication skills.

l Ability to work independently and in a team as active participant.

l Willingness in learning.

l Patient and be able to handle situations under pressure.

l Ability to travel (overseas when required).
