Purpose Of The Position:In support of our strategy of differentiation, to develop a strong tie up with sales team and customers for best customer service through efficient order processing and on time delivery arrangement and follow up.
Job Description:
1.Customer Service/Order Processing
This position is required to handle customer inquiry and order processing. First contact to customer and coordination with respective departments includes sales, logistic, warehousing, finance and accounting.
2.Process and handle sales documents such purchase order, sales order, invoice, credit/debit note etc. Proper documentation and filing of business documents, maintain customer master data and generate business reports.
3.Assist Sales team in following up payment collection and communicate with customer and finance service unit. Assist in implementing credit risk processes and application for credit insurance coverage.
4.Liaise with Service Provider in delivery arrangement and follow up on related queries or complaint from customers.
5.Coordinate the order and shipment between other Asia North countries and Germany. Ensure best service render in professional manner.
6.Carry out related assignments and add-hoc tasks as require to improve and support the strategy of the business.
Requirements:
1.solid SAP experience
2.fluent English
3.customer service experience should be solid, e.g.order tracking ,communication with foreign customers.
4.at least 3 years relevant experience in MNC.
