The Lead Services Coordinator demonstrates technical expertise, communication and management skills with project planning and flawless execution. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term service business goals.

· Plan and implement Service projects at various customer work sites in the China and abroad, including the activities of staff and

subcontractors

· Primary customer contact for the duration of each project. For commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide

periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate

· Respond to call-out type Field Service/ Rental tool requests from customers

· Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets

· Manage a network of resources (including contractors) in support of project execution.

· Assist in the staffing of the site and implementation of all site EHS programs, Work with EHS team to implement safety rules and tracking on EHS performance of FSE and completion of all EHS trainings.

· Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements

· Participate in the development of proposals for projects executions.

· Manage the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the service project within budget and on time

in order to meet customer obligations

· Ensure that delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels

. Work with work with BH OTR team, to tracking on Deliveries of equipment, raise alert for any potential Late Deliver and work out a

mitigation plan with management team.

· Manage a varied staff that will include employees, customers, partner companies, or subcontractors.

· Join all kick off meetings for offshore drilling projects, professionally represent BH during all customer communications

· Take part in the writing of reports that describe the results of a service project, summarizing key achievement and lessons learnt.

. Manage equipment, tools and spares in China under service in warehouse. Keep detail traceability with maintenance plan to keep all in

operational condition.

. Keep tracking FSE mobilization and utilization, planning for coming projects supporting on FSE, RT, Spares. Update in GRID system.

. Keep tracking on Service Tickets from FSE, get all paper work approved by customer, work with Finance to prepare invoice to Customer

and follow up with Customer for payment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical from an accredited university or college

? 5+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, field operation, project management role.

? Fluent communication in English and Mandarin.
