Your key responsibilities

•Researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies

•Open to all typesof tax work from entity to individual

•Translatingcomplex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights anddeliverables

•Building effectivelong-term relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needsto provide a tailored service

•Communicatingcomplex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients

•Maintaining yourreputation in your field by constantly updating and sharing your technicaland finest practice knowledge

•Managing, coachingand developing a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and helping toconfirm they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need toexcel

•Identifying andreacting to risks and opportunities to improve our services and processes

Requirements

•A bachelor'sdegree in a related field, supported by significant tax, business or financialplanning experience

•A CPAcertification or membership in The Bar

•Minimum of 2 years of workexperience in professional services or professional tax organization

•A thoroughunderstanding of estate and wealth planning

•Experiencewith federal and state personal and trust taxation

•Experience withflow through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLC’s)

•Experience withC-Corps including income tax provisions and consolidated federal and statetax returns

•Excellentcollaboration and negotiation skills, and the confidence to challengesenior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds

•A thoroughunderstanding of automated tax processing systems

•A commitment tocontinuing your learning
