-Review with supplier infotainment component development requirements, including component technical specification/timing milestone requirements/samples delivery requirements/validation requirements

- Create test plans and details test cases per the requirements

- Perform Verification and Validation activities on the Connectivity & Infotainment systems

- Perform Functional, performance & User Acceptance level tests

- Issue creation & tracking in issue management tool with multiple suppliers

- Report the issues & quality trend to Testing manager/supervisor Deliverables

- Provide detailed test reports for each test items 

- Periodical Test plan update and lessons learnt documents

- Daily issues communications with the developers/suppliers/cross functional owners

- Design review and prepare related files per customer requirements. 

- Reviewed and support approved suppliers' SW development plan 

- Lead technical & issues discussion meetings with global suppliers

- Onsite Support VP/PS manufacturing (Support record, Meeting minutes, or information) 

- Perform joint tests and integration tests with other functional teams

- Issues logging and understand the vehicle feature configurations 

- Vehicle component hardware and software configuration support 

- Complete component manufacture process set up/debugging in vehicle plant

- Support vehicle Connectivity & infotainment component SW refresh on request

Education level:

- BS and above degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechanical Engineering

Specialization:

- Electrical/Automation/Mechanical Engineering 

Job Skill Requirements:

- Basic software life cycle & V&V process understanding

- Rich automotive product development process

- Familiar with all levels of functional objectives and engineering tools like FMEA, DVP/R, etc.

- CAN & Automotive software configuration tools experience is a plus

- Ability to coordinate among functional groups both internal and external

- Supplier management skills, Lead technical review meeting with supplier

- Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.

- Self-motivated, work under pressure.

- Excellent leaderships. Must be able to harmonize and coordinate issues across different function disciplines and different sites with timely manner. Take initiative to find out problems and coordinate to figure out problems. Strong independent management capability; 

- Able to work in cross cultural environment

- Should be fluent in English

- Able to drive and has driver license 

Experience and Education:

- Advanced degree Engineering or similar field is preferred

- 5+ years of smart phone app development or service delivery backend development for telematics

- Preferred experience in leading end-to-end system development for Telematics products and services

- Competent use of Microsoft applications including MS Project or Project Server, Clarity PPM, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Languages:

- Excellent English both in written and oral

Work experience:

- 1 - 5 years or more
