职位描述

What's the role? 

  • To plan, implement sales and marketing activities of Specialities business within region, according to agreed business strategy and sales plan
  • Effectively manage business opportunities and customers
  • Recommend RTM strategy in the assigned area- Develop commercial proposal and report to RSM
  • Conduct value selling and Sales 1st Journey
  • Build good relationship with external customers and business partners
  • Flawless execution in contracting, pricing, tendering- Monitor business environment changes and provide market intelligence to RSM and related functions
  • Coordinate supply to customers
  • Coordinate and smooth customer services to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Communication skills to engage with complicated external stakeholder matrix, to promote long-term partnership between Shell and customers
  • Leveraging RTM to build relationship with end-users in the assigned area, maintain Shell’s brand image in new-built and maintenance segments


Education Requirement/Field of Study :


  • Bachelor degree in business management, sales and marketing or other related disciplines.

Requirements :


  • Bachelor degree in business management, sales and marketing or other related disciplines.
  • Good marketing knowledge Commercial skills in general, with strong negotiating skills on win-win base, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, 3-5 years sales experience, Strong ability to develop, maintain relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business risks control capability, Competence Level Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviors will be taken into account during the selection process. 
  • Selling & Negotiating Skill, Customer Relationship Management Skill.
  • Strong ability to develop, maintain relationship with both external and internal stakeholders, excellent analytical skills and business risks control capability Skill.
  • Customer value proposition skill displays interpersonal effectiveness knowledge
