岗位职责:

As a software engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Participation in complete software and firmware development life cycle, understand software/firmware feature & operations to exploit test case.
? Embedded code development, maintenance, validation and release following a structured engineering process to assure product quality and reliability.
? Develop software and firmware for escalator controllers, safety components and features, including function test, unit test, stress test and regression test etc.
? Conduct detail trouble shooting and software/firmware debugging to determine the root causes and recommend fixing.
? General software support, including conducting software test work in test towers or jobsites.
? Creation of software and firmware detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, design documentation, test plan and report, software releasing documentation, user’s manuals, etc.
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Work experience & skills requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience on embedded software development.
? The successful candidate must have strong kills and knowledge in software and firmware engineering, must be an experience and effective team player.
? Experience with model based software design environment such as MATLAB/Simulink, MBD, MIL/SIL/HIL test.
? Programming experience with test equipment, such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, CanAnalyser etc.
? Good knowledge of digital circuit, DSP/MCU, RS232, RS422/485, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB etc.
? Experience with Freescale ColdFire, STM8/32 and Microchip processors preferred.
? Experience with static source code analysis tools, dynamic source code test tools (TESSY) is preferred.
? Good knowledge of state machine, MUL preferred.
? Experience with C, C++ and the embedded processors assembly languages are required, VC/VB and C# a plus.
? Experience with software and firmware development tools, such as IAR, Multi, Tasking, Keil, Visual Studio etc.
? Experience programming DSP/MCU processors, must have experience with microcontroller peripherals including PWM, ADC, DAC, GPIO, interrupt, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB etc.
? Understanding of USB, CAN, CANopen, ModBus and TCP/IP communication protocols a plus.
? Experience with delivering/merging/baselining source code under Git, SVN, RTC etc.
? CET-4 and above, good in written and spoken English. CET-6 preferred

Educational Requirements
? Bachelor or above, computer science, computer engineering, automation engineering, electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
