PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Close interaction with the sales team.
· Drive backlog management activity to achieve month end budget.
· Customer Inquiries.
· Expedite Requests.
· Open Order Reports.
· Order Change Transaction Entry and Follow Up.
· Rush Factory Buy Follow Up.
· (EDI) Purchase Order Follow Up.
· Communicate important account management information to sales.
· Manage RMA.
COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes)
· University Education and 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a fast.
paced dynamic environment, preferably in electronics industry.
· Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good command or English and Chinese.
· Delighting the Customer-Anticipates and strives to exceed expectations.
· Building Relationships .
·Results oriented.
·Good sense of Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
·Details oriented.
