职位概述

该职位将通过分析本地市场需求和趋势，将其转化为指导产品开发、定价和走向市场的战略建议，为全球个人出行业务做出贡献。该岗位的负责区域包括大中华区（75%）、日本、韩国和东南亚国家（25%）。

为实现这一目标，候选人将与业务拓展经理、产品开发和应用工程师、市场人员和管理层进行广泛合作，驱动业务实现长期稳定增长。该职位向盖茨全球个人出行业务部战略市场总监汇报。

主要工作职责

 产品规划：

• 根据客户反馈以及在市场上的竞争地位报告区域内产品需求，并将这些需求转化为产品规范，从而影响全球产品路线图。
• 开发可量化的商业案例和其他工具，以确定新产品开发的优先顺序

商业战略:

• 为亚太地区的全球个人出行业务制定年度战略计划，包括市场规模和细分、确定市场趋势（政治、社会、经济、技术）、确定机会优先级、发现未满足的客户需求、执行竞争分析、确定产品定位以及制定产品上市建议。

岗位要求：

• 商业、工程或相关专业的学士学位；
• MBA或其他相关硕士学位优先考虑；
• 深耕于个人出行领域，熟悉行业客户、市场或具备一定的产品知识；
• 至少具备2年团队管理的经验（直接或直接）；
• 至少5年市场、销售、工程或市场拓展经验；
• 具备在国际工作环境中工作的经验；
• 能够接受40%的出差。

技能要求：

• 能够将市场和客户需求转化为可量化的业务，推动新产品开发；
• 了解战略市场的基本原理，包括VOC知识和应用、行业/竞争分析、价值主张、定价等等；
• 具有较强的分析能力；
• 具备较强的口头和书面沟通能力，能够通过基于Excel的分析和PowerPoint演示支持；
• 拥有熟练的英语书面和口头表达能力；
• 出色的解决问题的能力，注重细节；具备全局观；
• 具有创新思维和项目管理能力。
