Responsibilities ：

• Comply with all working safety rules and actively promote safety practice during daily operation to ensure all activities performed safely within company guidelines;
• Conduct ALPS in daily work and develop the team according to ALPS requirement
• Implement LSR in daily work and manage BBS in production Team
• Enforce safety incident prevention measures and proper incident handling, including safety training, daily huddle & inspection and incident reporting & response;
• Lead MDT meeting to solve daily issues and raise the problem not solved in SSC meeting
• Take Gamba walk to monitor each day’ performance
• Conduct production daily operation, maintain performance meet company expectations,
• Ensure production reach Objectives set by company, including OTIF, Productivity, ME, etc. t
• Conduct manpower budgeting & allocation, efficiency improvement, reduction of related customer complaints, etc.;
• Develop and introduce best manufacturing practices that deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction through on time delivery
• Reduce cost-of- poor quality (COPQ) metrics by actively involving in the investigation of quality issues both internal and external; leading and implementing corrective & preventative actions with continuous process improvement, employee training and communications;
• Monthly publish production summary with trend analysis on safety, quality, efficiency and cost to all relevant departments for progress of continued improvement;
• Develop each employee potential and motivate production team through P&D dialogue program by setting up proper goals or objectives;
• be timely response to employees suggestions on safety, quality and cost saving, etc.;
• be an good example on following company policy, regulations and rules; treat all employees with respect.

Job Requirements ：

• College degree or equal, prefer to major in chemical
• Good understanding of China safety regulations. Strong safety process environment promoter.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, people management and communication skills
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to multi-task between diverse demands and to manage change effectively with result orientation and customer focus.
• Good team leader and team player with training skills of developing sub-ordinates potential to achieve agreed department objectives.
• Exposure to MRP/ERP system.
• Be familiar with paint manufacturing process and equipments.
• mplementation Knowledge of 5S, ISO and TQM.
