1. Lead team to handle quotation and develop business case;

   带领团队处理报价申请及商业业务拓展；

2. Develop timeline and responsibilities for new program quotes to ensure customer deadlines are met;

   为新项目报价制作时间表及建立责任者，以保证满足客户的交付日期；

3. Develop and improve quoting methodology，lead team to improve efficiency and perfect quality;

   在报价过程中不断总结项目报价经验及优化方法，带领团队提高效率和完善质量；

4. Work with team to handle and solve program commercial issue and quote;

   与团队一起处理解决项目商务问题和报价；

5. Analyze financial performance (contribution margin) of new programs relative to management's performance objectives;

   基于管理层的业绩目标分析新项目的财务业绩（边际收益）；

6. Monitor start-up cost and engineering cost of programs, Manage & apply program capital investment;

   监控项目的启动成本及工程设计系列成本,管理和申请项目专用投资；

7. Propose business & price strategy to management relative to program targets and overall company business objectives;

   依据项目目标及公司总商业目标向管理层提出产品价格和公司发展策略；

8. Understand market/competitor through various channel, which can be input for business decision;

   通过不同的渠道了解市场和竞争者的情况，以作为业务决策的依据；

9. Lead team to make program cost/profit/capital forecast and study, ensure program overall financial performance;

   带领团队进行项目成本/毛利/投资预测和分析，确保项目整体财务表现；

10. Mentor and review team working knowledge and tool.

    指导和审核团队工作所需的知识和工具；

11. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1. Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or finance; MBA preferred;

   本科或以上学历,工程或财务专业;工商管理硕士优先考虑；

2. Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years of related business experience(in auto industry preferred);

   至少5年工作经验，5年相关业务工作经验（汽车行业优先）；

3. Honesty, Proactive, prudent, sense of urgency;

   为人诚实、主动、细谨、有紧迫意识；

4. Excellent analytical skills;

   杰出的分析能力和技巧；

5. Strong team player, able to work effectively within matrix organization;
