1. Make the lists of every level of controlled documents and forms; Store and manage kinds of files and E-files.                                                                                                

   各层级受控文件及表单的台账建立及纸档和电子档文件的存储和保管。

2. Store, issue and record the controlled internal and external documents; Recall, expire and destroy the expired invalid documents.                                                                   

   受控文件&外来文件保存、发行、记录以及过期无效文件的回收、作废以及销毁。

3. Notification of issued and updated controlled documents.                                                            

    各类受控文件发行/更新的通知工作。

4. Assist Quality System Engineer in completing CCC and ECE products certification as planned and surveillance audit every year.

   协助体系工程师按计划完成产品CCC和ECE认证及管理工作以及获证后的年度监督审核。

5. Assist Quality System Engineer in implementing, sustaining and continuous improving quality management system according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949.              

   协助体系工程师，依据ISO/TS16949标准要求，建立公司质量体系，确保实施与维持，并依其要求推行持续改进。

6. Assist Quality System Engineer in conducting audits from internals, customers and the third parties; Solve, track and improve the audits findings.                                             

   协助进行一方、二方和三方审核以及审核问题点的改进和追踪。

7. Record of all the calibrated devices or gauges. Contact with the certificated calibration laboratory to implementation of the calibration according to the periodical plan.           

   负责建立计量器具台账和按计量周期检定计划执行公司量具的定期外部计量。

8. Collect every department KPI data every month and updated the Kanban data; Quality department KPI data track and update.                                                                                                   

9.  负责公司每月各部门KPI的数据收集和看板更新；负责更新本部门KPI数据并更新看板数据。

10. In charge of quality department purchasing issue and payment.                                      

    负责本部门各项采购事宜以及后续的跟进和付款活动。

11. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior.

    上级交办的其它事项处理。

     

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求

1. Junior College degree or above.

   国家统招大专及以上文化程度 。

2. CET4 or above.

   英语大学四级及以上。

3. Be familiar with office software.

    熟练操作office办公软件。

4. Have the DCC working experience.

   有DCC工作经验。

5. Having knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001.

   了解ISO/TS16949,ISO14001,OHSAS18001标准。

6. Capacity of good communication and coordination skills.

    具备良好的沟通协调能力。
