职位简介：

 Managing the relationship and interface between John Crane and the allocated strategic important accounts. Responsibilities include 

 o Undertaking regular sales calls in person as well as other forms of communication to deliver a high level of service and build relationships with our customer base. 

o The development and delivery of sales strategy at these accounts to achieve sales objectives. 

 o Understanding and interpreting customer requirements and feeding these back into the organization 

o Aligning our product offering to ensure we have the right product and service programs / right price / right place / right time o Presentations to customers, handling day to day customer enquiries, including the preparation of quotations and pricing 

o The development of new business and growth in accordance with the strategic plan 

o Gathering and feeding back appropriate market intelligence. This would include addressable market, market share data and information about our competitors 

o Ensuring the sales activities in these accounts are compliant with the company’s policies, procedures and programs and applicable legislation.

 o Ensuring the related activity for global strategic account is implemented in local region, to work in close alignment with SAM's. 

? Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and monthly reports as required by the business. Direct responsibility for providing monthly Won/ Lost quotation data + Sales / Orders + Forecast for allocated accounts and performance against targets.

? Follows workplace procedures and instructions at all times. 

? Maintains tools, equipment, and facilities to make sure of safe performance and good OHS practice. 

? Identifies and reports unsafe, unhealthy or hazardous working conditions. ? Uses personal protective equipment as required. ? Does not engage in practical jokes that could harm the health or safety of another person. 

Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalence. ? 3-5 years’ experience with mechanical seals, rotating equipment related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands. ? Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-stress environment. ? Excellent training, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner ? Good verbal and written Chinese and English communications skills ? Extensive knowledge and use of PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of appropriate industry regulations such as API and ASME is also a pre-requisite

? Management of the customer relationship at key John Crane accounts and the development of this relationship to support the business objectives.

Entry level manager. Low to moderate levels of complexity. Determines priorities and reviews content and thoroughness of work of department.

? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Interacts with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.
