* Develop and revamp formula for new or line-extension product

* Driving product innovation through incorporation of new ingredients, processing and technology. 

* Driving and executing product development from ideation through bench-top studies, industrial trial to commercial production.  

* Give technical support to production, QA and other related department. 

* Maintain factory recipe system.
