1、根据服务协议和服务流程（例：危机处理等）提供相应的服务；

 2、负责解答客户人事政策方面的咨询，按服务流程提供建议；

 3、负责将客户需求及时、准确地传达给员工服务人员，配合执行，反馈操作结果；

 4、负责每月准确、及时地出具账单、按服务协议完成服务报告；

 5、与服务队伍内部及业务队伍保持良好的团队协作，在启动及终止客户的过程中充分沟通配合完成；

 6、负责做好客户的拜访工作，维护客户关系，体现服务价值，积极处理问题；

 7、完成上级布置的其他工作；

任职要求：

1、人力资源相关专业，3年以上从业经验；

2、熟知劳动合同法及相关国家、地方劳动法律、法规、政策

3、有较强的敏感性、判断力、沟通能力和处理问题的能力

4、能熟练操作办office、outlook等办公软件。
