Missions：

-To set-up and to standardize the working procedure and tools of the Sales Department.

- To control the Sales Department’s budget:

o Order entries.

o Sales price sheet accuracy and margin.

o Total cost of the employees.

o Marketing.

- To manage the Sales Department’s Team:

o Middle & long terms: Hiring, evaluating and training of the Sales staff.

o Short term: Coordinating daily work of the member of the Sale Department.

- To define and to deploy the marketing plan of the company in adequation with the Company strategy.

- To assure the correctness and accuracy of the price sheets.

- To lead the preparation of the bid/offer documents.

- To exchange with our French & Finish colleagues about Sales good practices.

- To participate to the continuous improvement and feed-back of the Sales Department and of the Company.

Position and key figures:

- Line management: Head of Sales is responding to the General Manager

- Internal/external customers and interfaces: Mainly: General Manager, Customers, Proposal Engineers, Head of Sales from sister companies.

- Mobility: Frequent. China and abroad.

Profile:

- Electro-mechanical engineer.

- Experience in managing a Sales Department in an industrial and international environment.

- Experience in mechanical or chemical plants engineering. Experience in chemical or electrolytical surface treatment business would be very highly appreciated, but not a must.

- Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, solution oriented.

- Fluent in Chinese & English both oral and in written. French would be appreciated, but not a must.
