Job Description:

Activities:

1) Lead the team to achieve the grease production target to meet customer demand.

2) Pilot and control of the progress of the manufacturing, in respect of the schedule with on time and in full.

3) Maintain Lubcel grease production control system of ABB, solve the system and equipment's problem with maintenance and the overseas supplier;

4) Manage and control the use of material / equipment of production (accessories, equipments and raw materials) to ensure grease production running smoothly. 

5) Cooperate with planning, warehouse and maintenance department to ensure production plans go smoothly and equipments in good condition;

6) Be responsible for the receiving ISO-tank and the tank lorry, investigate cargo receiving gain/loss timely;

7) Establish and periodical review and update timely procedures & WI related to safety, quality, process and operation to ensure in line with the requirement of ISO systems like ISO 9001/ ISO14001/ IATF16949/ OHSSAS 18001 etc. and pass annual surveillance audit without major finding.

8) Optimize the resources of manpower and equipment to improve the production efficiency. 

9) Study any failure cases and technical issue in operation and raise solutions and execute corrective and preventive actions about quality & HSE Incidents.

10) Organize engineers and operators to implement in the 1st level maintenance works systematically and coordinate with maintenance team to maintain 2nd & 3rd level maintenance tasks.

11) Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and management of change; 

12) Lead projects like LEAN, 5S, TQM to promote and optimize the performance of the grease production.

13) Manage monthly stocking taking and investigation of variance to ensure proper stock control on the usage and storage. Coach and train the team to equip with sound knowledge and internal control principles to conduct the daily stock movement recording, reporting and counting seriously to achieve good result of mass balance.

14) Involve in Quality and HSE internal audits as needed, deliver objectives/actions as required.

15) Lead and promote innovation to optimize grease process to reduce scrape for cost saving and efficiency.

16) Manage housekeeping to make the workshop clean and tidy;

Accountabilities:

1) Be responsible for daily manufacture of grease to meet customer demand timely within TTM plant, carry through the monthly inventory check and be responsible for the accuracy and proper control of mass balance.

2) Manage the grease production team to have sufficient knowledge and operational skills to complete production tasks and to maintain morale of frontline staff in the environment of generally low pay.    

3) Responsible for onsite HSEQ performance through monitoring, reporting, coaching and taking corrective actions

Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in major of Chemical/mechanical/automation or related;

2) 6+ years experience in manufacturing with 3+ experience in manufacturing management in international firms;

3) Sound knowledge and experience of ISO 9001/IATF16949 and ISO 14001/OHSAS18001; 

4) Good knowledge and experience about operation improvement programs like 5S,TPM, lean management etc;  

5) Good oral and written English level for international communication.

6) Expertise on automatic process control system;  

7) Extensive knowledge of  State and local laws about occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality. 

8) Excellent team and people management skill;

9) Grease Production related work experience is preferred.
