SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO（具体职责包括但不限于）:.

  

• Response and monitor regulation implementation in HSE view in law with Smiths Group procedures, local procedures and third party HSE requirements to evaluate compliance at all JC China business unities.
• Maintain and Manage company business contingency plan, lead annual contingency assessment and review event.
• Maintain HSEMS documentation and implementation according to ISO standard guidance and Division guidance.
• Continually improve HSE performance in China business unities to achieve EHSMS effectiveness for all sites
• Work with related people to inspect workplace EHS issue and track close status
• Work on EHS risk mitigation plan with related leader and track close status
• Investigate workplace injury accidents, track CAPA implementation
• Collect, report and investigate Near-Miss and environment data in Prism under Group standard.
• Conduct risk assessment for big change on workplace and give advices.
• Provide consultation to employees with specific solution on EHS issue.
• Conduct orientation training for new employees.
• Conduct HSE skill and regulation training for supervisors and managers
• Support fire control system management and maintenance management
• Implement emergency drill and train ERT members
• Control the work permit including Hot work, Work at Height and Fire work.
• Responsible for work place hazards and environment monitoring and health surveillance

• Cares for the environmental, health and safety of self and others.
• Follows workplace procedures and instructions at all times.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and facilities to make sure of safe performance and good OHS practice.
• Identifies and reports unsafe, unhealthy or hazardous working conditions.

  

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS（学历及工作经验要求）：

  

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
• Expert in ISO14001&ISO45001, retaining internal auditor certification with above 3 years operation experience is preferred
• Ability to provide solution for workplace HSE issues based on data collection, problem identification and analysis
• Excellent training and communication skill
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Good verbal and written English communications skills
