Functional area/职责

• Handle the VAT invoices and update to SAP system .处理VAT发票，盖发票章，并将发票号准确的更新到SAP中.
• Arrange Logistics Department to deliver  invoices and attachments to suppliers, update the information.安排给物流部门寄送发票及附件，及时更新客户寄送信息.
• Tidy up  and record  the signed invoice, ask logistics to get back the missed ones.整理发票回签单，及时记录，并且要求物流及时返还缺失的发票回签单.
• Customer bank statement and internal customer account checking.客户对账单及集团内客户对账.
• Enter the receivment into SAP on time及时将收款录入SAP中
• Check customer credit limit 审核客户信用额度
• Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作

Requirements/任职要求

• College degree or the above in accounting/finance or the related大专以上学历，会计及财务相关专业
• A minimum of 2 years of related working experience in AR or other accounting/finance functions至少2年以上应收账款或相关财务的工作经历
• Certificate of accounting qualification会计上岗证
• Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP).熟练使用Microsoft office和ERP(SAP)软件
• Good health condition身体健康
