Duties and Responsibilities

• Track KPI target including members recruitment and retention as well as action plan
• Collect quantitative data using in-house systems to pull data, conduct analysis and segmentation, and monitor performance
• Track and measure the impact of CRM programs and marketing campaigns results. This also includes conduct ongoing research on competitors Perform data analysis and benchmarking. Identify customer segmentation and suggest action plan for business opportunities. 
• Generate standard reports and analysis
• Assist in pushing communications to members, including SMS requests, target list and SMS blast as well as other communication channels
• Support, communicate and follow up on daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled to a bachelor’s degree course related to Business or Marketing
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Adaptable to a fast-changing environment and can manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
