To implement contract and pricing management process

To manage the update and monitoring of SAP Commercial data – principally pricing & customer master data

To optimise Commercial systems, procedures and people resources to deliver an effective master data maintenance process

Implement HPO master data KII best-practice business processes

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional resolution of complex queries.

Effectively and efficiently manage all customer contracts in Greater China and contract roll-over

To manage the maintain and update of SAP Commercial data – principally pricing & customer master data

To ensure delivering a high quality, accurate standard of work to the business for all aspects of master data maintenance

To support annual price escalation campaign upon pricing data maintenance

To implement new process and procedures regarding contract and pricing management with continuous improvement

Implement Linde standard contracts

Implement HPO master data KII best-practice business processes

Ensure all the contract and pricing related data are highly secured and protected

Ensure effective controls are in place to meet Corporate Governance requirements and all statutory requirements are maintained as per the directives set out by the appropriate statutory bodies

Ensure clear, accurate and disciplined communication between CSC and sales team

maintain a commitment to a safe working environment

Deliver target set for the timeliness and accuracy regarding master data processing

Understanding of the marketing; operations, sales and revenue collection functions within Linde including customers and competitors

Self motivated and disciplined

Ability to deliver performance & to achieve stretch targets

SAP Knowledge

Degree in business or any associated discipline

Experience gained in a large, complex organisation

At least two years commercial experience, gained in a business to business environment
