Job responsibilities

岗位职责：

1) New dealer approach and agreements, business launch preparation and dealer training;

负责新经销商培训，业务拓展等工作；

2) Target achieving for funding and KPI Responsible for making contribution to the Company's Sales and Marketing strategy implementation and eventually sales targets set for the territory;

根据业务计划，完成相应销售指标；

3) Monitor dealer’s performance in terms of financial and non-financial status, operation, abnormal situation, management change and report;

监督经销商业务运营状态，及时上报异常情况；

4) Maintain long-term partnership relation with dealers through identifying dealer's business needs, liaison between dealers and company, ensuring satisfactory service;

与经销商维护良好关系，帮助其定义业务需求，以及提供满意服务。

5) Help do the implementation and coordination of different marketing promotional programs with dealers and local dealer association;

帮助协调和实施相关车系的推广工作；

6) Provide assistance in area development, mainly including lien registration arrangement, high way bureau registration and other ad-hoc assignment;

负责区域内部相关车辆备案登记等工作；

7) Other duties as delegated.

Job requirements:

任职要求：

·Diploma or above;

大专及以上学历；

·3~5 years working experiences in auto finance industry or related industry;

3~5年汽车金融或相关行业工作经验；

·Basic Knowledge of banking or leasing is required;

对银行业或者信贷行业有基本认识；
