Responsibilities:

  

• Responsible product scope: electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle motor drive systems, including motors, inverters and transmission device; 48V light to medium hybrid P0/P2/P4 motor drive system; high and low voltage DC/DC converters; high voltage battery management system and 48V battery system

• Responsible for software development activities in the product development process, including software requirements engineering, software system architecture, software components program development, software system integration, software testing, etc., ensuring delivery on quality and on time

• Responsible for creating software system and component functional specifications and test specifications and reports, and interpretation to internal and external related stakeholders

      

Requirements:

  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical and electronics, automation, computer technology or others related

• 3 years of experience in hardware development of electronic controllers

• Possessing a certain technical communication ability, fluent in spoken English, and other languages of German, Japanese, Korean etc. are a plus

• Familiar with auto parts product development approval system and product development project management process, e.g. ASPICE

• Familiar with embedded system software requirements engineering, design, simulation, debugging and experimental verification

• Familiar with DFSS methodology and tooling: QFD, DoE, FMEA, and FTA etc.

              

• Experience in product application of two or more MCUs, familiar with MCU core and peripheral function principle, writing and testing of the underlying driver

• Familiar with permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy and software algorithm implementation, such as FOC, MTPA, Magnetic weakening, etc.

• Familiar with AUTOSAR software architecture, development process, tool chain, proficient in BSW module configuration, ASW design/integration/testing, etc.

• Familiar with software requirements engineering, able to review the system software architecture based on the system and component specifications, and the whole process of development specifications and test specifications for the system and various levels of functional modules

• Development capabilities of embedded system C language software, experience MBD/MBT application capabilities and experience based on MATLAB/Simulink are preferred

• Good software development quality mindset and software testing ability, familiar with MISRA, able to lead virtual operating environment and real environment testing of functional modules and system software at all levels

• Familiar with functional safety and cyber security implementation in software

• Troubleshooting ability for software production introduction, vehicle integration and software related issues
