Responsibilities:

• As technical project leader of TE functions in a project, take a lead of test and validation activities

• Study the product requirement specifications and make test plans (system integration test plan, DVP and PVP)

• Organize test team to make test specifications including test samples requirements, test equipment and test execution process etc.

• Organize the alignment on test plans and test specifications with internal and external stakeholders

• Provide input for calculating budget of tests

• Organize and coordinate test resources to ensure their availability

• Monitor test activities to be on time/quality/cost

• Compile test and validation customer reports and interpret them to get internal and customers’ approvals

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechatronic, electric, or other relevant specialties

• Min. 5 years’ experience of automotive product tests or project management, and experience on both is a plus

• Possessing teamwork spirit, collaboration and coordination skills

• Fluent English, additional capability of languages such as German, Korean, Japanese is a plus;

• Knowing procedure and process system of automotive products’ development, qualification and project management

• Knowing product development life cycle “V” model methodology: the process from requirement engineering to technical solution definitions, till system validations

• Capable of understanding product specifications and test specifications of HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS

• Capable of make test plan for a product development project of HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS

• Possessing project management skill, and capable to manage test and validation activities on time, quality and cost in a product development project of HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS
