Responsibilities:

  

• Define and optimize the customer return FA process

• Analyze the customer return units, identify the technical root cause at system level

• Document of FA reports

• Support on risk assessment of quality issues from technical point

• CQTS data input and ensure the FA cycle time with target

• Support customer meeting on technical points

• Delivery product training for both internal/external customer

• Customer on-site technical supporting when necessary

• Support QMPP/IE/Production to improve product quality

• Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor

                    

 

  

Requirements:

  

• Good electric vehicle drive train system knowledge

• Electric vehicle application knowledge, with related working experience 

• Project management skills, tools and techniques 

• Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management 

• Management skills, tools and techniques (Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, etc.) 

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or similar in vehicle engineering, electrical automation, electromechanical engineering or equivalent

• Professional experience (at least 2 years) in electric vehicle design or failure analysis

• Cross functional experience is preferred

• Experience with customer contacts, continuous improvement, quality assurance, Six Sigma, industrial engineering, production is preferred

• Statistic analysis skill on testing/measurement data, distribution, time series analysis, warranty prediction is preferred

• Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques is preferred

• Experience in working with international team for 1 year above

• Good English level both in written and spoken
