岗位职责：

1. 本岗位向GARDENA嘉丁拿品牌电子商务经理汇报工作。

2. 负责品牌京东平台（自营）的运营管理，完成销售目标。

3. 维护与京东平台（自营）的良好合作关系，争取活动资源。

4. 负责品牌京东平台（自营）日常维护、产品更新、库存管理、工单维护。

5. 负责品牌在京东平台（自营）的站内及站外推广，策划实施促销活动，跟进平台活动报名及促销活动结果分析。

6. 负责京东平台（自营）的数据监控与精确分析，并不断调整优化推广策略，跟踪平台最新规则。

7. 协助、完成电子商务经理安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历。英语四级，其他条件优秀者可放宽。

2. 两年以上京东店铺运营经验，熟悉京东平台流程及后台系统的操作。

3. 一年以上京东平台独立负责运营与推广工作经验，熟悉京东自营运营模式；

4. 熟悉电商各流程环节如运营、推广、订单及物流流程；

5. 具有良好的组织、沟通表达和商务谈判能力。

6. 工作思路清晰，积极主动、勤奋踏实，责任心强。
