Responsibilities:

  

• Pre-analysis for customer return in the customer site. Identify if it is Vitesco problem at system level preliminarily, reduce customer return of non-Vitesco issue and report customer complaint to Tianjin plant in time

• Establishes a trusting relationship with the customer’s plant engineering, line operators, quality departments, logistic departments and customers service organizations

• Coordinate the transfer of return parts to analysis centers and registers complained parts in the CQTS

• Coordination of sorting, 3rd party or re-flash actions at the customer facilities and implements immediate actions to minimize customer disruption

• Support on risk assessment of quality issues from technical point

• Support customer meeting on technical points

• Delivery product training for customer

• Customer on-site technical supporting when necessary

• Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor

                  

 

  

Requirements:

  

• Good electric vehicle drive train system knowledge

    

• Electric vehicle application knowledge, with related working experience 

• Project management skills

• Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management 

• Manage/coordinate customer requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or similar in vehicle engineering, electrical automation, electromechanical engineering or equivalent

• Professional experience (at least 2 years) in electric vehicle design or failure analysis

• Cross functional experience is preferred

• Experience with Customer contacts, continuous improvement, quality assurance, Six Sigma, industrial engineering, production is preferred

• Statistic analysis skill on testing/measurement data, distribution, time series analysis, warranty prediction is preferred

• Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques is preferred

• Experience in working with international team for 1 year above Good English level both in written and spoken
