职位描述

岗位职责:
1.负责制定公司的外教人力资源发展战略规划,指导公司的外教人力资源管理,最大限度地开发人力资源,促进公司经营目标的实现和长远发展;

2.根据公司发展规划,制定外教招聘计划,选择并拓展外教招聘渠道,负责外教人员筛选,测试及录用,保证招聘效果并负责效果跟踪;
2 .according to the company development planning, formulation of teacher recruitment plan, select and expand foreign teacher recruitment channels, responsible for foreign personnel interview, test and hiring, ensure recruitment effect and responsible for the effect of tracking;
3.负责外教的管理,沟通协调,绩效考核,确保师资队伍的稳定性;制定外教和外教招聘专员的绩效考核及薪酬福利制度,并监督执行;
3 responsible for the management of foreign teachers, communication and coordination, performance assessment, to ensure the stability of teachers; for performance appraisal and remuneration system of HR foreign specialist, at the same time in responsibility of supervise and implementation;
4.根据公司经营发展的需要,了解培训需求,制定培训体系,并监督执行;

5.负责公司各部门的制度衔接和良性沟通;

6.负责日常外籍员工关系管理,处理外教申诉,并承担团队建设及企业文化建设;

7.领导分配的其他工作。

任职要求:
Job requirements:
1.大学本科以上学历,英语或人力资源等相关专业,有留学经历者优先考虑;
1 .Bachelor's degree or above, English or HR related major, study abroad experience is preferred;
2.掌握人力资源规划与配置,招聘甄选,绩效考核,薪酬福利等方面的专业知识技巧,熟悉国家人力资源管理相关法律法规;
2 .mastering of human resource planning and allocation, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and other aspects of professional knowledge and skills, familiar with Chinese human resource management laws and regulations;
3.有同行业工作经验,且有一定的工作方法;
3.working experience in the same industry, and have some working methods;
4.精通英语口语,发音纯正,与外国人沟通协调能力强;
4.fluent in spoken English, standard pronunciation, and smoothly communicate and coordinate with foreigners
5.有海外工作经验,或有外国人招聘管理经验者优先考虑;
5 .overseas work experience, or foreigners recruitment management experience is preferred;
6.深刻理解中西文化,有港澳台或新加坡等地工作经历者优先考虑。
