Main responsibilities: 

? Responsible for China business covering all the targeted vertical markets

? Lead, develop and motivate the whole China organization to achieve annual objectives and growth targets

? Create and develop the marketing strategies with business directors in HQ

? Develop new markets, customers and distribution partners

? Take care of customer visits and provide consultations to customers

? Support in the creation of concepts and offers

? Keep close cooperation with sister companies globally within the group

? Supervise the transaction

? Responsible for company’s administration and personnel management

? Continuously improve business processes

? Report to the management in HQ

? Other assignment as appointed

Nationality: Chinese

Age: At least 30 years old

Educational qualification: College degree or above, major in relevant Technical or Engineering, etc.

Working experiences 

? Sound experience in technical sale.

? Experience with tender based businesses

? Experience in the field of imported products sales 

? Leadership experience in national/regional level with team management skills

? Dedicated and independent in work

Language: Good in English (both written and oral)

Personality: 

? Professional and strong leadership

? Sales-oriented, flexible, committed

? Acumen of intercultural communication and open-minded; oversea experience would be a plus.

? Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality

? Aggressive and resilient

? Sound technical understanding
