What you will do:
What we look for:

Act as the main point of contact for HR and
management around the various phases of global mobility and relocation process

Oversee international assignment service
delivery provided by the vendors
tab-stops:list 36.0pt;vertical-align:baseline">·
Actively manage a portfolio of relocation
case files ensuring that files are tracked, costs are reported, and documents
retained.

Advise the business on the costs of an
assignment, the services / benefits provided, and the compliance
requirements. Provide support on the process, and ensure timely responses
to requests for information.

Review processes with the associated
vendors, support exceptions and escalations appropriately, making sure to raise
items to the Global Mobility Manager as appropriate

May be provided signature authority to
support signing required lease agreements, immigration documents, as needed to
support the business.

Support the Global Mobility team members to
proactively manage issues that arise, participate in projects focused around
policy development, driving process improvements, and building a global
mobility center of excellence

Partnering with the global teams in
compensation, finance, benefits / total rewards, payroll, and HR regarding year
end activities, reporting, supporting employees on assignment, and planned
repatriations

Provide policy and benefits counselling and
support regarding the relocation process

Maintain the vendor portals with accurate
transferee information and documents

Other projects around global mobility as
assigned

Ability to read, write, and speak English is
essential

Previous work experience in the Relocation,
Global Mobility, International Assignment and/or Destination Services sector

Expatriate management experience, providing
employee relocation coordination, HR guidance and advice
tab-stops:list 36.0pt;vertical-align:baseline">·
Interest in learning more around HR,
benefits, compensation and global operations is essential – opportunities for
growth in this area as expatriate volume flexes

Excellent communications skills both verbal
and written with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and all levels
