职位描述

Job Summary

  

The objectives of this position are to independently manage the sales growth of Colder Products Company (CPC) business in the assigned area in China.   Provide technical, training and trade show support to distributors and direct accounts.

  


  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  


  

Sales

  

  • Develop and implement sales growth objectives and plans, targets by geographic and product market for sales territory. 

  


  

  • Identify and develop key direct accounts in the territory.

  


  

  • Prospect and close market specific application projects.

  


  

  • Follow market specific application projects and specialized distribution in these markets.

  


  

  • Ensure customer business transfer process and implementation process functions efficiently.

  


  

  • Communicate project opportunities and feedback logs and monthly summaries in CRM system to CPC.

  


  

  • Manage Sales leads database and follow up

  


  

  • Actively participate in CPC sales meeting at least one time per year.

  


  

  • Prepare and implement annual sales and expense plan for the territory 4Q annually.

  


  


  


    

Distributor Management

  

  • Manage and implement distributor development plans.  Manage distribution channels and propose modifications.  Initiate and complete new distributor search and recruitment as required.

    

  • Establish, develop and implement distributor training process that may include technical seminars, sales meetings and technical training that enhances our distributors’ abilities to sell CPC products.

  


  

Performs other duties as required.

  


  

Qualifications (Illustrative only)

  

  • Engineering / technical degree plus minimum 5 years related sales experience
  • Strong experience in selling mechanical components to OEMs
  • Value-added / consultative sales approach
  • Experience with both direct sales and through distribution
  • Strong knowledge of component markets
  • Experience working for a US company
  • Ability to work collaboratively with corporate CPC to initiate, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure CPC growth in China
  • Ability to perform marketing activities (trade show planning and adapting US marketing materials to China markets)
