Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities: • Lead with regional and headquarters sales, commops & project teams to sell the breadth of the Energy portfolio of products and services to EPC partners • Aggressively and creatively lead the development and implementation of sales strategies utilizing all available resources to develop enterprise solutions driving incremental business for the various businesses including Power & Water, Oil & Gas and Energy Management • Establish strong relationships with high level, key decision makers working for EPC partners in China • Develop strategic alliance agreements & project structures that drive incremental and long-term business for GE as well as effectively manage project risk • Penetrate various EPCs with GE technology and products • Effectively manage the partner relationship through an ongoing monitoring and auditing process • Identify training requirements to enhance partner competencies • Utilize Market and Competitive insight, detailed understanding of EPC partners business model and how GE’s product and services portfolio develop and deliver added value • Act as the single point owner and interface for EPC partners throughout ITO process and as necessary throughout the OTR process to ensure a positive customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score/NPS).

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications Required: • Minimum 8 years’ experience working with EPC partners • Minimum 10 years’ Power Generation background • Commercial as well as technical experience and background are preferred • A highly motivated 'self-starter'who is goal oriented, has strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills • Customer oriented mindset • Willingness and ability to work various issues resolution simultaneously and within aggressive timeframes • Fluent English communication skills (oral & written) • BS Engineering degree or equivalent
