Role Summary/Purpose

DGS X-ray Install Base (IB) Engineer is responsible for providing product post market surveillance, engineering support for field quality issue, and engineering process expertise in accordance with GEHC QMS requirement. The IB engineer is responsible for product quality continuous improvement, reinforcement, and post market product lifecycle by leading and coordinating engineering resource.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties include (but are not limited to): • Key contributor as part of a complaint handling unit • Developing and implementing methods and procedures for IB activities. • Owning and communicating metrics on status • Continuously working to improve process • Guide and cooperate with field engineers to fix IB issues solved quickly • Quality data track and maintain. • Support audit from internal and external • Service parts and product end of life mitigation and management. • Work with cross-functional team members to improve the product quality, serviceability. • As the coordinator, work together with cross functions to investigate product field issues and implement corrective action and/or preventive action. Coordinate the investigation of product complaints • Analysis of product Quality data including IFR, CSO • Be responsible for the FMI (Field Modification Instruction) program execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

Quality Specific Goals:1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required4. Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables5. Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiativesQualifications:1. Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3+ years of engineering experience or above.2. Fluent English in both writing and speaking.3. Candidate must be willing and able to work with computers including the following applications: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Windows. 4. Working knowledge of GEHC tools and processes EQPM, MyWorkshop
