Role Summary/Purpose


Essential Responsibilities

- Promote the sales growth of the CNG-In-A-Box and LNG-In-A-Box to domestic and international customers / packagers. - Develop packager relationships to capture the VOC (Voice of the Customer) and translate this back to the Product Leader. - Contributes to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase orders volume and profitability. - Transactional work activities including commercial support, proposal coordination, deal coordination and closing. - Prepare and respond to customer RFQ's for CNG-In-A-Box and LNG-In-A-Box - Integrate with marketing and P&L teams to identify and define technology programs to create products that increase output, improve efficiency, or reduce operating cost - Works on assigned product line projects, defining project financial analysis including engineering expense, investment budgeting, and project benefits and internal rate of return - Gather industry intelligence and benchmarking of competitors to inform the product leader of critical market data - Direct customer management through clear communication internally and externally - Document competitors' activities and assess potential market moves - Make technical presentations to all levels of a customer organization - Develop engineering and installation work scopes, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offering - Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process.


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred - Ability to work in a matrix organization - Ability to lead in securing orders - Strong understanding of the current Oil & Gas industry. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines - Strong oral and written communication skills. - At least 5 years sales, marketing or product management experience in related industry - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Working location could be either Beijing or Shanghai
