Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for consulting project selling and delivery at hospital, ensuring the consulting projects meet hospital leadership team’s needs and fulfill proposed benefits at hospital side. Responsible for assigned strategic project delivery, leading the GE internal cross function teams to fulfill the project design, project management, and execution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Selling and delivering Performance Solutions consulting project independently, establishing and maintaining good relationships not only with external top hospitals but also with internal GE stakeholders, including sales, modality, training, etc. as well. • Identifying the client’s needs, proposing the optimal solutions, delivering the project execution and doing executive presentation and report out to the hospital leadership team. • Leading the internal cross function teams to conduct the strategic project, in charge of the project design, project management, and execution. • Owning expertise in one or more GE tools, eg lean sixsigma or assets management. • Being a key contributor in the Growth Playbook process

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Hospital management, Economics or equivalent 2. Excellent oral and written communications skills3. Minimum 5-year solid working experience at hospital or in healthcare related industry4. Strong analytical and process skills

Desired Characteristics

1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics or Economics2. Either with Clinical background or management consulting background3. Ability to understand Chinese hospital consulting market and management trends, e.g. from new facility design, assets management, clinic department management, and JCI, etc.4. Operation management skill needed. Black Belt preferred. If not certified, required to enter Black Belt track and achieve certification within two years. 5. Excellent project management skills – able to lead and manage complex matrix teams6. Successful experience working in team environment. 7. Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
