Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- Develop Proposals, budgetary quotation and pre-qualification, particularly commercial portion of bidding for electrical industrial packages - Develop a proposal plan and schedule for all activities related to the preparation of the proposal, including Risk Screening (technical and scope) review, and finance risk (price) review - Lead proposal team incl. Technical engineers, factories, vendors and functional teams to develop the proposal strategy and drive the process to meet the request both on contents and timeframe. - Review T&C in both RFQ and contract, evaluate the risks and support sales to negotiate the contracts. - Hand over contract to OTR (Order to Remittance) - Be responsible for project tracking and ITO documentation - Provide commercial support to aligned regional sales

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering or related majors preferred - At least 4 years experience, and related working experience in MNC is preferable - Understand commercial and contact term - Familiar public/ negotiation bidding process, familiar with ITO (Inquire To Order) process - Good English skills; English proposal capability - Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc - Have initiative, energetic, hard working competencies and good team work skills
