Role Summary/Purpose

Drive the definition of complete marketing plan for products & solutions and their implementation based on customer needs via advisory boards, market research and other means to optimize product roadmap & implement NPIs to achieve business goals. The person will work with engineering, clinical leaders, segment marketing leader, central & regional marketing team members to ensure the right product design, and effective & efficient go to market strategy for the NPIs and other solutions.


Essential Responsibilities

• Drive segment growth playbook planning processes/product marketing strategies to ensure market-backed product planning • Apply CECOR (Calibrate, Explore, Create, Organize, Realize) growth framework across the segment for customer needs, product implementation, e.g. NPI, and region-wide product marketing by leveraging Marketing Blueprint. • Drive segment products & solutions from functionality to integration, from look & feel to positioning by working with engineering, industrial design, and regional marketing teams with the help of segment team. • Work with business analyst & central and segment marketing members to develop rigorous business cases for product investments • Work with business analyst, Healtymagination research team, health economics and other teams to define value propositions and plans to ensure the collection of evidence to substantiate the propositions • Coordinate with Marketing Communication leader to define and implement campaign plan and initiatives in the segment across geography around the relevant products and solutions • Support sales force effectiveness via providing training content composed of substantiated & differentiating value propositions around the products & solutions to achieve relevant business cases • Support segment specific Customer Loyalty Programs by combining NPS & other customer feedback into structured processes to maximize IB sales and business-performance metrics per segment. • Support and drive price-tiering for the segment portfolio and drive it for maximized profitability for the relevant products & solutions. • Participate at the annual marketing budget plan, in alignment with overall business segment vision, among regional segment leaders, general manager and finance team. • Adopt marketing best practices to apply to optimize one-GEHC approach to markets & customers.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cardiology, Vascular Imaging, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent • Deep marketing expertise within medical device industry for 5-10 year• Knowledge of the cardiovascular equipment and medical device market in China • Excellent oral and written communications skills…Influential leadership style• English Fluent• Strong analytical and process skills• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional team.
