岗位职责
1、根据要求对现有产品进行改进，跟踪应用情况
2、对研发项目进行试制和开发新产品工作。
3、协助处理相关的客户投诉，对应用方面问题提出解决方案
4、开发新配方对所负责的产品进行成本优化
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，化学类相关专业。
2、从事涂料行业5年以上，具备技术开发、技术应用经验。
3、熟悉水性工业涂料的配方原理及原材料的基础知识。
4、良好的英文听说读写能力。
