PRINCIPLE PURPOSE:
In the establishment and implementation of quality management system, and deployment of corporate Quality Policy in China. Providing efficient and cost effective management of resources and activities within assigned area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications of Bachelor Degree, Quality Assurance, or Engineering with QA ComponentsPreferred qualification on University Diploma Quality Management or Registered Professional Engineer Register Auditor 5 Years in Quality Function and over 15 year working experience in quality inspection field, especially 5Years in Power Boiler Mechanical & Process Industry Sectors Have the experience in management level position.

KEY COMPETENCE
Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000 series "Quality Standards"Knowledge and understanding of BS 1113, ASME 1 and related standardsKnowledge and understanding of HS&E Legislation as related to products and servicesEffective application of ISO 9000 series and Company proceduresEffective application of product codes and standardsEffective application of audit requirementsEffective application of HS&E obligations as related to products and servicesEffective communication skillsEffective report writingEffective document management PC skills
