职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责作业人员的日常管理，包括招聘面试、出勤安排、岗位培训、绩效评估等工作；
2.带领及监督作业人员进行产品质量控制和返工筛选，完成客户作业要求；
3.准备筛选返工作业指导书并完成操作员团队岗位培训，确保培训质量；
4.完成公司及客户要求的各项报表及工作报告；
5.监控检验团队的生产过程，跟踪现场情况并制订解决措施；及时与客户及公司之间协调沟通；
6.快速响应客户投诉，针对问题及时撰写8D报告并跟进直至解决定；
7. 项目完成后及时与客户或供应商提供相关资料，结算费用直至开票回款结束；
任职资格
1. 有3年以上工程质量管理工作经验，有进料质量管理经验优先；
2.工作独立性，有良好的项目管理能力，对需求有良好的理解能力；
3. 熟悉质量问题解决工具，如8D，5Why等;
4. 责任心强，吃苦耐劳，人品端正,做事仔细认真，沟通能力强，具备团队建设能力;
